Protectpan , it is a kind of calcium silicate board with low density and advance in fireproof and moisture proof . The purpose of protectpan is for higher performance of fire rating applications for indoor partition, ceiling, smoke ducting, smoke curtain, building structure protection, glass curtain wall fire protection in civil buildings.
1.It is durable.
More than 70% of the composition is same as granite, more than 10% same as marble.
2.High strength.
The lowest strength (in parallel direction) is ≥5.5Mpa while the highest strength (in cross direction) ≥7Mpa. It meets the installation and transpotation requirement of the civil building. Both its flexibility and bending strength are higher than the international famous brand of calcium silicate board. Their performance is as well as the international brands of CSB all over the world.
3.Light weight.
Its highest density is ≤0.95g/cm3. It can be used in new buildings. There is no need to take additional dead load for both partition and ceiling of old buildings into account when it uses the panel for refashion. It won't affect its original construction.
4.Low thermal conductivity in normal and high temperature.
It makes the loss and expense of air conditioner and warm gas in the building decreased for its good thermal insulation. The outstanding high temperature thermal insulation performance has guaranteed the staff and belongings security by cutting fire and thermal conducting.
5.High fireproof temperature.
The product can stand the temperature up to 1200℃.
6.High fire rating.
The reasonable fireproof system application design may reach the fire rating of partition to be 240 minutes and fire rating ceiling to be 80 minutes which meets the request in 4 hours fire rating for partition and 1 hour fire rating for ceiling around the world. Their performance is as well as the international brands of calcium silicate board all over the world.
7.Because of its excellent anti-high temperature and anti-crack, it becomes the professional fireproof product and its performance of fire rating is equal to other international brands of calcium silicate board.
8.Low density.
It is suitable for ceiling because of its light structures.
9.Incombustible material.
Meeting the standard of GB 8624-2006 and BS 476 from UK and reaching the grade A in incombustibility test, which is the guarantee of fire proof.
10.Inorganic material.
Its fire proof, anti fungus and mould proof are good for the health of the user.
